My firm provides advisory and consulting services, in addition to CPA-prepared financial statements, to meet the requirements of many small businesses seeking bank financing. Balance sheets and income statements are summarized and discussed with clients on a monthly or quarterly basis, as requested, to ensure a thorough understanding of the reported operations.

About the Owner

Michelle M. Foret is a 1996 graduate of Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Michelle also earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette in May 2019. After over 25 years in private industry, including construction, engineering, oilfield, and financial services, Ms. Foret received her Certified Public Accountant’s license in February 2022.

Michelle M. Foret, CPA, LLC was formed in February 2022 and provides a wide range of services, including accounting, tax, consulting, advisory, and other financial reporting support.

Michelle strives to provide each client with experience and professionalism. Support services are tailored to meet the client’s specific needs and concerns. Services are focused on small businesses and are offered at hourly and fixed monthly rates based on clients’ needs. Our primary service area is the Houma-Thibodaux area of Louisiana.
